OUR CASE MANAGEMENT EXCHANGE ALLOWS CLINICIANS TO access REAL-TIME EVLP data remotely
The Case Management Exchange (CMX) is a clinical decision support system that gives transplant physicians access to data collected during the EVLP process. This allows the physician to make real-time assessments during perfusion in order to determine the acceptability of the lungs for transplant. In addition to standard clinical data to evaluate lung function, the CMX displays photographs, radiographs, and high-definition video of the procedure, including bronchoscopies. The CMX can be accessed via a secure, cloud-based software platform from wherever an internet connection is available. Combined with integrated live-streaming video, the CMX is designed to give transplant physicians confidence in assessing lungs for transplant, even from a remote location.
